Travelling North brings together a series of images following the birth of Elaine Campaner's second child.
Again, using everyday domestic objects - plastic bags, toys, flashbulbs, tupperware, teacups, alfoil, Elaine constructs landscapes on the dining room table and registers movements in the outside world from the kitchen bench.
"The work is about fragility and being encumbered, about parenthood and longing. It is about having an experience on the side of a teacup, and the feeling of having a warm bird on your cheek"
